Girls with P.E.A.R.L.S Foundation, Inc. was founded by Michelle Scott with a vision to create a safe, empowering environment where girls could develop confidence, leadership skills, and a strong sense of purpose.

 

Through mentorship, leadership opportunities, educational support, and character development, we are preparing girls to become future leaders who positively impact their schools, families, and communities.

Michelle Scott is an educational leader, mentor, and advocate for youth development. Her passion for empowering young girls led her to establish Girls with P.E.A.R.L.S Foundation, Inc. to provide meaningful opportunities for growth, leadership, and success.
